The Family Room

The Ronald McDonald House Charities is proud to partner with the Vermont Children’s Hospital at Fletcher Allen Health Care to provide patients and their families a quiet retreat in our Ronald McDonald Family Room.

The Family Room is located on the pediatric floor of the hospital to offer a home-like setting for families of hospitalized children.  The Family Room includes a living room, kitchen area, bathroom, shower, laundry facility, computer access and caring volunteers.

Please make yourself at home in the Family Room by using any of the resources available to you.  Don’t hesitate to ask a volunteer if you have any questions.  We also welcome your suggestions and ideas to make the Family Room an even better place.

 The Family Room is open 365 days per year from 9am to 9pm as long as a trained volunteer is present.
