On June 21, 2013 our annual golf tournament will be held at Champlain Country Club in Swanton, VT. All proceeds from this tournament will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Burlington, VT
FORMAT – The tournament is a 4-person scramble with a shotgun start. Registration starts at 8:00am and the start of tournament play is 9:00am.
REGISTRATION – Included in fees are a cart, greens fees, gift items, bag lunch and buffet reception provided by Outback Steakhouse.
Individual ~ $100
Team ~ $400
Corporate Sponsor and Team ~ $600
Hole Sponsor (no golfers) ~ $250
Individual registrants will be randomly assigned to teams
